T.V. Rao

T.V. Rao, is regarded as "The Father of Indian HRD" .
Dr.T. V. Rao is currently Chairman, of TVRLS, Ahmedabad.
He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973.
Dr.Rao has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during1983-85.
Dr. Rao is the Founder and First President of the National HRDNetwork, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD,India.He was also President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science(ISABS).
He worked with David McClelland of Harvard University(the initiator of the competency movement) and had joint research projects withhim in seventies.
Dr. Rao was a Visiting Faculty at the Indian Business School,Hyderabad and as HRD Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India.

Mr & Mrs Pandiarajan are the founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, a human resource management company, and CIEL HR Services, another talent acquisition firm.
K Pandiarajan is an Indian businessman and politician.
He contested in the 2011 Tamil Nadu legislative assembly election as a Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) candidate and won from his Virdhunagar constituency.
Again he contested in the 2016 Tamil Nadu legislative assembly election as a All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate and won from his Avadi constituency.
Pandiarajan has been appointed as Minister for School Education and Sports and Youth Welfare.

Mr. Muthukumar Thanu

He is the Overall HR Head for Tafe and Eicher Tractors and Engines.
Earlier he had been acting as the Group Vice President (HR) of Murugappa Group and the Vice President ( Infotel ) of Bharti Airtel Limited.
He is a Transformational and people-oriented HR professional with a rich experience in the field of HR.
He is actively involved in shaping the company's long term HR vision and strategy.
His broad areas of expertise is in Employee engagement, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
Mr. Muthukumar Thanu holds a Master’s in Social Work.

Mr. Chandrasekaran

Chandrasekhar Chenniappan is an astute HR Professional with over 2 decades of experience spanning across service industry, information technology and Research and Development Organization.
In his last assignment as the Head of Human Resources for the Research and Development Center of Atmel Corporation,Hewas responsible for the People Strategy which includes Talent Acquisition,Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and complete gamut of HR activities for Atmel’s R&D Center in India.
He has over 22 plus Years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and has played variety of roles spanning Business Partnering,Employee Relations,Recruitment and General Management.
Prior to joining Atmel Corporation, he was with Hewlett-Packard,IGATE Global
Solutions,Polaris Software, Kumaran Systems and The CHILDS Trust Hospital.
During his stint in Hewlett-Packard,he was best owed with the prestigious award-Most Valuable Person 2012 which is the Highest Recognition for any employee at HP for his contribution to the Business Unit which he was supporting at Hewlett-Packard.

He actively participates as a speaker in HR Forums, Summits and Academic
Institutions in TamilNadu. He is also the Member of Board of Studies in Institutions.
He is known as a passionate HR Leader for his ‘Values and Connectedness’ with a firm belief in Pragmatic approach to problem solving.

He holds a Masters Degree in Life Sciences from Madras University, Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Apollo Hospitals and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work.
