T.V. Rao

​

  • T.V. Rao,  is regarded as "The Father of Indian HRD" .
     

  • Dr.T. V. Rao is currently Chairman, of TVRLS, Ahmedabad.
     

  • He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973.
     

  • Dr.Rao has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during1983-85.
     

  • Dr. Rao is the Founder and First President of the National HRDNetwork, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD,India.He was also President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science(ISABS).
     

  • He worked with David McClelland of Harvard University(the initiator of the competency movement) and had joint research projects withhim in seventies.
     

  • Dr. Rao was a Visiting Faculty at the Indian Business School,Hyderabad and as HRD Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India.

     

   Mr & Mrs Pandiarajan
 
  • Mr & Mrs Pandiarajan are the founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, a human resource management company, and CIEL HR Services, another talent acquisition firm.
     

  • K Pandiarajan  is an Indian businessman and politician.
     

  • He contested in the 2011 Tamil Nadu legislative assembly election as a Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) candidate and won from his Virdhunagar constituency.
     

  • Again he contested in the 2016 Tamil Nadu legislative assembly election as a All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate and won from his Avadi constituency.
     

  • Pandiarajan has been appointed as Minister for School Education and Sports and Youth Welfare.

     

    Mr. Muthukumar Thanu

  • He is the Overall HR Head for Tafe and Eicher Tractors and Engines.
     

  • Earlier he had been acting as the Group Vice President (HR) of  Murugappa Group and the Vice President ( Infotel ) of Bharti Airtel Limited.

Mr. Chandrasekaran

  • Chandrasekhar Chenniappan is an astute HR Professional with over 2 decades of experience spanning across service industry, information technology and Research and Development Organization.
     

  • In his last assignment as the Head of Human Resources for the Research and Development Center of Atmel Corporation,Hewas responsible for the People Strategy which includes Talent Acquisition,Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and complete gamut of HR activities for Atmel’s R&D Center in India.
     

  • He has over 22 plus Years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and has played variety of roles spanning Business Partnering,Employee Relations,Recruitment and General Management.
